Shipping & Delivery
The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Shipping times in the U.S. vary between 2-8 business days, depending on location and postal holidays. You will be issued a tracking number once your order ships.
Return – No Hassle Return
Contact Customer Service for a shipping label, which can be applied to the original packaging to return the product. Products that are used less than 25% may be returned within 120 days for a full refund. Please return to The Green Ferns Return Department [address below] with your order number or invoice receipt. We accept returns on items purchased by phone or through our web store. We cannot accept returns for purchases from other locations or retail stores.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. If you receive an incorrect product, we will send out the correct product and arrange for the return of the incorrect product. Please email customer service in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.

200% Refund Challenge
Products that are used less than 25% may be returned within 60 days for a 200% refund! Please return to The Green Ferns Return Department [address above] with your order number or invoice receipt. A check will be mailed to you within a week of us receiving the returned product. The 200% Refund Challenge can only be used ONCE per customer. A full refund will always be an option.
Modifying An Order
Most orders you place on The Green Ferns website enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. If you need to adjust an order that was recently placed, but not shipped, please contact customer service on the Contact Us page as soon as possible
